The daily minyanim at AA continue a rich tradition going back more than 100 years. They allow us to greet each morning with gratitude for our wellbeing and renew our spirit and energy for the day ahead. Each evening, we close our day with prayer and camaraderie, an opportunity to reflect on our efforts, accomplishments and aspirations.
Ahavath Achim is one of a few Atlanta synagogues that offers a minyan every day of the week, two times a day. Both congregants and community members are invited to join the services for prayer, fellowship and Yahrzeit observances.
Daily minyan services are held in Ellman Chapel. Morning minyan runs approximately 45 – 60 minutes, and evening minyan runs approximately 30 minutes. A minyan opens the spiritual heart of Ahavath Achim every day. If you are in mourning or saying Kaddish for a Yahrzeit, come to our minyan for those holy moments within our sacred community.

Shabbat is a time for spiritual reflection, quality time with the family, and a break from routine. We disconnect from our daily world and create an oasis in time and space for restoring our bodies and souls. We welcome you to spend Shabbat with our family.
